The office of the Superintendent administers IRESA Board of Education policies and operating procedures, and coordinates planned cooperative projects with local school districts. The Superintendent is the contact person for: Civil rights issues, property transfer requests, legal concerns, inter-agency collaboration, Title IX complaints, charter school information/oversight, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
